Paula Magariños

Co-founder of Punctum and LINC*G. Senior consultant in strategic project design and management

Sociologist with extensive experience as a consultant and researcher in gender, culture, and consumption, working with innovative and rigorous approaches. Expert in research methods, planning, monitoring, evaluation, and learning (PMEL), with a strong focus on gender and human rights. Skilled in project design and the integration of diverse frameworks. She has led a wide range of interventions and projects for international cooperation agencies, multilateral organizations, and civil society institutions. Professor at the Graduate School of Economic Sciences, University of Buenos Aires.

Marita Soto

Co-founder of Punctum and LINC*G. Senior consultant in culture, aesthetics, and communication

Vice President of the Argentine Association of Semiotics and Deputy Secretary General of the International Association of Semiotic Studies. Director of the Center for Transdisciplinary Experimentation (CETRA, National University of the Arts). She is the author of Telenovela/Telenovelas: Los relatos de una historia de amor, and co-author of El volver de las imágenes. Mirar. Guardar. Perder with O. Steimberg and O. Traversa, La puesta en escena de todos los días, Prácticas estéticas de la vida cotidiana, Habitar y narrar, and Semiosis social: La semiótica de Eliseo Verón with P. Fabbri, O. Traversa, and L. Escudero. She serves as evaluator, advisor, and member of scientific committees in academic institutions.

Melina Turchi

Senior consultant in change management and research

Researcher and educator specializing in change management. Holds a degree in Social Communication (UNC) and postgraduate studies in Marketing (UCA), Agribusiness (UBA), Qualitative Research (UBA), and Big Data & Business Analytics (Siglo 21). She has also completed professional development courses in Gender Perspectives in Research, UX Research, and others—constantly refining her analytical lens. Her professional background spans over 20 years across companies, consulting firms, and university teaching.

Valeria Bonafede

Senior consultant in field research and mixed methods

Sociologist (UBA), currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy and Feminisms (UNPAZ). Expert in integrating qualitative and quantitative data. With 20 years of experience in fieldwork and coordination across diverse groups, she brings strong skills in designing and implementing networked tools—particularly effective in managing complex projects. She plays a central role in the development and execution of most projects at Punctum and LINC*G, with a focus on culture, gender, consumption, and public policy.

Marcela Grinszpun

Senior consultant in data analysis and storytelling

Sociologist. Master's candidate in Generation and Analysis of Statistical Information (UNTREF) and university lecturer and researcher in Research Methodology and Applied Statistics (UBA/UNQ). With over 15 years of experience as a project evaluator and quantitative analysis consultant, she has worked across the private sector and with national and international public agencies. She specializes in designing qualitative and quantitative research strategies, developing data collection tools, processing data, and producing reports and presentations.

María Julieta Izarrualde

Administrative accounting manager

Certified Public Accountant. Manages and supports administrative, accounting, and financial processes, overseeing resources and commercial processes in each project.
